James Richardson - Web 2.0 Developer

Hello and welcome to James’ official wallpaper website. Here you will find a vast array of wallpapers from various Japanese Animations, Movies, and video games. Please feel free to download any of these free of charge. I am a long time fan of Japanese animation. My first Japanese animation I loved was the English Robotech series. I would come home from school and watch the Robotech series every day. Ever since then I became extremely interested in Japanese Anime.

In my search for desktop enhancements, I have not been able to find any wallpaper that I was willing to put on my desktop. Since earning my  B.A. degree, Webmaster certificate and PC Publishing certificate, I have been on a mission to create great anime and animation wallpapers for standard and widescreen desktops.

My top 10 list of favorite Japanese Anime’s are as follows:

  1. Hellsing
  2. Cowboy Bebop
  3. Macross
  4. Hayao Miyazaki’s (Nausicaa, Spirited Away, Laputa, and the rest)
  5. Berserk
  6. YuGiOh
  7. Pokemon
  8. DragonBall Z
  9. Tekken
  10. Generator Gawl

I have these as my list because I have watched these series and movies and found them to be something I watch repeatedly. I of course like other series; however, I don’t find myself gravitating towards them. A perfect example I can use of this would be the Gundam Seed series. Gundam Seed is great and immediately grabs you into the story line. But, for some strange reason, around episode 15, I start to drift off and become a bit disinterested in the storyline. I still have yet to finish the series. With that said, these ten animes from beginning to end.

FAQ: How do I save a Wallpaper?

Answer: All you need to do is click the thumbnail picture of the wallpaper that you want, right click the image, select “save picture as”, and save the image to your desktop. You also can hold left click and drag the image from your browser to your desktop, which is a little quicker.
